Its good and amazing location and new-fashioned rooms - an unbeatable combination. Setting short walk to Rua Augusta which offer excellent dining & shopping and the Santa Justa Elevator, the centre of Baxa, near to services and metro and the famous lift to Barrio Alto, and the water front.
Couldn't find tea/coffee.

The location of the apartment was unbeatable, situated just steps away from popular attractions and shopping streets. It made exploring the city during Christmas time incredibly convenient. the apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The use of a door code instead of key cards was a great feature, as it eliminated the worry of losing keys. the apartment truly felt like a home away from home.
One thing that could be improved is the signage at the entrance. It would be helpful if the sign at the door was made a bit more prominent, making it easier to spot.

The apartment was new just next door to the center, shops and tram, that's what we were expecting. Location was fab, quite a walk from Elevator.
Rooms were quite small, and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
